The Account Coordinator position is both creative and provides comprehensive administrative assistance across the company’s consulting division. The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS degree and must be a confident communicator with the level of maturity, discretion, and presence necessary to work with all levels of executives and personality types. Must be particularly well-organized, detailed-oriented, flexible, able to work independently and within a team, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a busy office. Must respond expeditiously to diverse assignments, take responsibility for projects from beginning to end, and consistently operate with a sense of urgency without losing sight of the details.
The ability to interact with staff, clientele, and all external contacts—in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality—is crucial to this role. Unflappable loyalty, a strong sense of commitment, and the ability to manage highly sensitive/confidential information with unwavering discretion is also essential.
It is also recommended that candidates hold a keen interest in the fashion/lifestyle industry in which the company centrally operates. The successful candidate will be granted exceptional exposure to all aspects of company business, projects, and initiatives.

Requirements & Experience
4-year college degree
At least 1 year relevant working experience
Assisting and supporting all elements of company projects and initiatives including social media activations
Managing contact database and files including research and influencer mailings
Scheduling, arranging, and maintaining the calendar
Fielding and screening queries, via phone and email, both internal and external
Skills & Qualities
Positive, “can-do” approach to all work tasks
Eagerness to learn and master new skills and knowledge
Superb writing skills
Excellent typing skills (high degree of accuracy and ability to take dictation)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
